Who we are
We are a multidisciplinary team of experienced specialists, competent in Usability, User Experience, Ergonomics, Psychology and Communication, in addition to TLC, chemical and physical engineers
User recruiting includes all the stages, from the screening to the choice of the most suitable users to the incentive management.
We manage the reasearch's planning and execution with our customer, also recommending the method that best suits his particular needs.
Our activities, implemented in our laboratories in Turin, Naples and Rome, range from user recruiting to the survey management and to the production of the final report.
During and after the research, we help the customer make sense of the observations, translating the results into insights immediately usable also through reports, videos, debriefings, analysis workshops, ...
We engage actively end-users
Our users are managed in full compliance with current regulations regarding privacy
The UX Lab engages actively end users, to learn about their behavior and deepen their needs and expectations, in order to guarantee the perceived quality.
We also involve our “friendly users”, profiled according to socio-demographic characteristics and ability to use TLC services and products.
The involvement takes place both in the definition phase of the concept and in terms of services/products already implemented, to highlight any critical issues and to improve them in a possible redesign phase

Since 1993, we have been the competence center in TIM for Usability and User Experience issues; we work to promote the quality of user centred services; the "user" is the focus of all our activities; he can be both a colleague, who is in Smart Working, and a customer, who Usability and User Experience are evaluated with.
Any solution has to be easy to use for the user, but also has to satisfy one of his need, has to excite him, make him feel part of an ecosystem
